How much subsidy does a housing society get?
₹18,000 per kW for common facilities such as lifts, water pumps and common lighting, up to 500 kW (calculated at up to 3 kW per house). The society applies on the PM Surya Ghar portal as an RWA or group housing society.
Does the society need a resolution?
Usually yes: a managing committee or general body resolution approving the project. We give you a clear proposal and a draft to present at the meeting.
Can we install EV chargers in our society parking?
Yes. We install shared, metered AC chargers (7.4–22 kW) with app-based billing for each user, and check whether your society qualifies for PM E-DRIVE support.
How much roof does a society plant need?
About 100 sq ft of shade-free terrace for every 1 kW. Our survey and 3D design show exactly how many panels fit.
